Part futurist part digital storyteller, I have become a rising voice in the digital marketing space. After working eight years in Student Affairs & Higher Education, I founded FYN Creative based in Arlington, VA where we have partnered with organizations to employ disruptive digital marketing tactics that combine time tested storytelling techniques with the latest technology and digital media channels. FYN's clients span from education and nonprofits to small business and startups. A few include American University, American College of Personnel Association (ACPA), George Washington University Business School, National Lemonade Day, Millennial Action Project, and U.S. Department of Commerce. When it comes to delivering speeches, I love presenting to audiences of all shapes and sizes—ranging from a room of 20 leaders looking to increase profits and drive results to 1,000 individuals ready to tell a story and build a community.
In addition to my role in digital marketing, I am a TEDx speaker and author of The Niche Movement: The New Rules to Finding a Career You Love. In 2013, I joined a national conversation about how the millennial generation is disrupting the status quo in their career choices and approach to employment. My deep passion is to end employment unhappiness for this generation. The Niche Movement has become a grassroots movement with over 30 contributing editors, a dozen fireside chat events, and a global reach of 5,000+. The core message of this community has spread through keynotes and training at several organizations including American Disabilities Association, APCO Worldwide, MACUHO, Stevens Institute of Technology, and Virginia Tech.
